SINGAPORE -- Singapore will allow fully vaccinated travelers from all countries to enter quarantine-free, effective April 1 -- a major move in the city-state's effort to rev up its COVID-hit economy.
In his first televised address in months, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Thursday said his government "will drastically streamline testing and quarantine requirements for travelers" now that the omicron-driven wave of infections is "well under control."
