TOKYO -- Hiday Hidaka likely rang up a record parent-only operating profit in the March-August period by attracting more customers with affordable meals and drinks.
The ramen noodle chain operator is expected to post a profit of a little more than 2.6 billion yen ($23.1 million), up 4% from a year earlier and largely in line with its projection.
