TOKYO -- The apartment business in the U.K. will likely push up profit at Mitsui Fudosan in the coming years, defying gloomy expectations following the vote to leave the European Union.
A redevelopment project underway in London is expected to boost operating profit by some 5 billion yen ($48.9 million) on a group basis in the two years through March 2020.
