TOKYO -- Restaurant operator Zensho Holdings' beef bowl business likely will earn an operating profit of nearly 9 billion yen ($81.8 million) for the current fiscal year ending in March 2017, roughly double the fiscal 2015 figure.
The black ink before consolidated adjustments would make the operation the largest earner for the Japanese company, topping the just over 8 billion yen seen for Zensho's fast-food business and a little more than 7 billion yen for restaurants.
