Pioneer mulls first dividend in decade for fiscal 2017

TOKYO -- Pioneer looks to resume dividend payouts next fiscal year after a decade-long hiatus, with the Japanese company expected to regain a positive free cash flow at that time.

"We will consider paying a dividend of several yen per share in the year through March 2018," President Susumu Kotani said in a recent interview with The Nikkei.
