AIIB hits another obstacle

BEIJING/MANILA -- Founding members of the new China-led infrastructure bank officially signed its charter June 29. However, some of the countries which had previously expressed interest were missing.

     Fifty-seven nations had announced plans to participate in the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. But at the ceremony, the Philippines and six others did not sign.
